Review of "Show and Prove" by Duncan of My Own Way Zine Damn what's up with these BFL bands lately? They are releasing one great album after the other. This time it's Strength for a reason's turn to conquer the world! And they did not disappoint me! With this debut Full Length on Thornz Records these guys show ya what metalcore/mosh is all about. For those who've never heard of these guys(they're also on the Step To The Plate CD together with Full Court Press, Denied and Down My Throat) they play metalcore which reminds me of Hatebreed and Mushmouth. Not really strange cause these guys started out with several Mushmouth members. (They've all left the band.) The production is good and the layout is also cool, the CD contains 11 tracks which bulldoze ya in 29 minutes!
